Exchanges & returns

Returns at Wheelerz.nl

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return your product. Return costs are paid by the customer.

Exchanges

Received a bike or accessory you would like to exchange? Perhaps the size is not right, or it is not quite to your taste. No problem! We can exchange it for you; the exchange costs are paid by the customer.

Returning a boxed bike, accessories and parts:

Received a boxed bike (85% or 95% assembled) or accessories/parts and want to return them? No problem! You can arrange this yourself through a parcel service, or Wheelerz can arrange it for you. Your options are:

  1. Drop it off at a DHL ServicePoint yourself – print the return label from the email – cost € 9.95 (parts and accessories)
  2. Collection by NL-Logistics – the driver brings the return label – cost € 14.95 (boxed bike)

As soon as Wheelerz has received the return, the order is cancelled and the purchase amount minus the return costs is refunded.

Returning a 100% ready-to-ride bike:

Received a 100% ready-to-ride bike and want to return it? No problem! You can arrange this yourself, or Wheelerz can arrange it through the carrier we work with. Collection by NL-Logistics Koeriersdiensten costs € 59. As soon as Wheelerz has received the bike, the order is cancelled and the purchase amount minus the return costs is refunded.

Returning an e-bike:

Received an e-bike and want to return it? No problem! You can arrange this yourself, or Wheelerz can arrange it through the carrier we work with. Collection by NL-Logistics Koeriersdiensten costs € 59. As soon as Wheelerz has received the bike, the order is cancelled and the purchase amount minus the return costs is refunded.

Returning an electric cargo bike or electric tricycle:

Return conditions:

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Wheelerz with all supplied accessories and (where reasonably possible) in its original condition and packaging. To use this right, please contact us at info@wheelerz.nl. Wheelerz will refund the amount due within 3 working days once the product has been received back in good order.
